Thousands Sue Bayer Over Irreversible Bleeding and Death Associated With Popular Pharmaceutical Drug Xarelto —-> As of July, 2018 over 22,000 lawsuits have been filed by victims and by those whose family members died after taking the blood thinner Xarelto (rivaroxaban). The lawsuits go against Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, and Jannsen Pharmaceutical for failing to warn patients that the drug causes irreversible bleeding and death.

One of the plaintiffs’ attorneys told me he has already filed two cases in California. Each case has 50 plaintiffs. He states he has 5000 clients waiting in the wings. There are other attorneys with other plaintiffs…. more
